Studio classes are held in the community hall with its cosy underfloor heating at the Green Lane Centre in Whitby. When arriving for an evening or out of hours class please make your way around to the left hand side of the building and enter through the furthest entrance.

If participants could arrive 5 minutes before the class start time and be mindful of others and their practice this would be appreciated.
